We have a full kitchen, showers, bathrooms and a living room that is shared with other guests.

We offer air conditioning in the rooms, in the showers we have hot water, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner.
In the kitchen area we have a refrigerator, grill as well as kitchen utensils.
As a courtesy we provide you with coffee, tea and sugar

Your reservation includes 1 body towel and the key to a locker to store your belongings, both things are delivered upon your arrival by a member of our team. (Only a backpack-sized backpack fits in the locker).
We have a desk area, a gym space and a shared terrace.

Elevator access to the main lobby, parking lot and floor 3 (where the room is located) and floor 7 Gym

Access to the roof garden via stairs.

We have a receptionist from 7 am to 11 pm and security personnel 24 hours a day.
We also provide assistance by phone and message if you need assistance during your stay.

To maintain this standard, we present to you our rigorous rules and regulations: Check-in and Check-out Times  Check-in can be done from 1:00 p.m.

 Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

In case you require a late Check-out, this will have a cost of $200.00 MXN pesos, which will be charged directly as a guarantee if you check out after 11:00 a.m. without prior notice.

Check-out and Cleaning Once you have checked out, it is imperative that you vacate the living areas and move to the main lobby on the ground floor. This is mandatory, as the cleaning team will enter the rooms and common areas from that moment on to perform the corresponding cleanings. Please note that if you need to leave after this time, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance and an additional fee will apply depending on the length of the extension. Please be advised that staying in the lobby for more than one hour after checking out is not permitted.

Rules and Regulations of Coexistence At Mr. Herold Homes we share common spaces with other travelers who, like you, seek to enjoy their stay. To ensure a harmonious coexistence, we ask you to respect the following rules: Common Areas  Access allowed exclusively to the 1st floor, 3rd floor, 7th floor and Roof Garden Floor 1 Work and desk area Floor 3 Bedroom, living room and kitchen area Floor 7 Gym (8:00 hrs. – 22:00 hrs.) Floor 8 Roof Garden (8:00 hrs. – 22:00 hrs.)  Strict silence schedule from 22:00 hrs. to 8:00 hrs. the following day (in case of violating this rule, a fine of $500.00 MXN pesos will be charged)  Keep the volume of the television, tablets or cell phones in the TV room and keep it moderate at all times.

 Pay TV channels are not allowed.

 Consumption of food is not permitted in the TV room and living room (in case of violating this rule, a fine of $500.00 pesos MXN will be charged).

 Please turn off the TV when not in use and please keep the furniture in the living room in perfect order.

 The use of the TV room, living room and kitchen are suspended from 10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the following day (in case of violating this rule, a fine of $500.00 pesos MXN will be charged).

Kitchen and Dining Room  Please use only basic kitchen utensils.

 Consumer products are individual and are not supplied by Mr. Herold Homes.

 Please wash and dry the utensils immediately after use (in case of violating this rule, a fine of $ 500.00 MXN will be charged)  Once the utensils you have used have been washed and dried, they must be put away in their place and not left on the drainer.

 It is strictly forbidden to leave dirty dishes in the storage room or common areas (in case of violating this rule, a fine will be charged)  It is not allowed to cut food directly on the counter, please use the cutting boards designed for that purpose.

 It is mandatory that you clean the stove after using it.

 In case you get the floor dirty after cooking, you must clean it.

 The sink must be cleaned after washing the dishes, you must clean the drain and remove any food residue.

 It is mandatory to respect the consumer products of other guests.

 Please remove spoiled personal food from the refrigerator.

 You must clean the microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all accessories if they have been used and soiled.

 It is strictly forbidden to use the drawers of kitchen accessories to store or keep food.

 It is important to maintain order and cleanliness at all times.

 It is the responsibility of all guests to keep the areas clean, and the corresponding accessories are left for this purpose.

 It is very important that at the time of check-out you must remove all food supplies that are in the refrigerator and/or in another area.

Bathroom  In the showers located inside the bathrooms, you will find basic items such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

 Please use the shower responsibly.

 It is important to keep the bathroom clean at all times.

 Use toilet paper responsibly.

 It is important that you limit the time you spend in the shower to the minimum necessary.
