This is an amazing place to stay. Excellent location, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff are extremely friendly. They took time to help us with our Spanish and made us feel at home. The location is as good as it gets in a green leafy area full of restaurants. We would go back.

As we were directed to a room that wasn’t what we had booked, we checked our reservation through Expedia and approached Josee about the issue. He promptly explained what had happened and corrected the issue. Josee truly made the start of our stay a wonderful experience. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help immediately turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive one. Casa Luciana will definitely be our choice on our next trip to CDMX, and we’ll be recommending it to our friends, family, and fellow travelers. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again!

Casa Luciana is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location. We enjoyed being able to walk to most places, while staying on a quiet street. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they serve an excellent made to order breakfast with many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
