Having encountered issues at the property during our last stay, we were contacted by the Service Manager and were told to let her know the dates of our next visit so she could ensure a pleasant visit. I replied to that email but never heard back from her. Earlier this week, I wrote again to follow up - she had no idea who we were or why we were letting her know we were coming. After reminding her of the why we were informing of our arrival, she stated:
“ Mr. Fernando it´s going to be a pleasure have you here again, I apologize didn´t remember you in the moment, I will be charge of you and check your room before you arrive, if you need something else just let me know.”
Well, when we arrived, our room was at 33o C or 91o F, the room was missing the refrigerator and the TV wasn’t working.
It didn’t seem like anyone had checked the room.
We called the front desk and inquire about the refrigerator, Ms. Paulina said that the refrigerator was taken out to receive maintenance but someone would bring a replacement right away. Waited for 45 minutes and the fridge never arrived. Went down and requested to speak with the Manager, but were told he wasn’t here during the weekend;
The following day we were switched to another room. The day after that, when we returned, found maintenance personnel working on the A/C of the new room - despite our DO NOT DISTURB sign hanging on the door. The Service Manager
