Nido Parque Mexico is an incredible architectural accomplishment with the absolute best location in the entirety of Mexico City, on the corner overlooking Parque Mexico, in the heart of la Condesa. The Space:

Our beautiful studio apartment is flooded with natural light, features bespoke furniture, a king-sized bed, exclusive decoration chosen by renowned interior designers & is fully equipped for a home-like feeling, suitable for short or long-term stays.



This particular unit has a lovely green-filled balcony with a patio set, perfect for an early morning coffee and reading a book while overlooking Parque Mexico and taking in the sights and sounds that this urban oasis has to offer.



This building has multiple units on different floors. Each unit is identical and has its own balcony but the views depend on which floor. If you have a preference please let us know and we will do our best to fulfill your request



We took all our experience with over 18 years in hosting guests all over Latin America to ensure they have everything they might need for an unforgettable stay: high speed internet with dedicated router; power sockets all across the apartment, a comfortable workspace, Smart TV’s, fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bed linens and pillows, king-sized beds, 24-hr service & top-tier on-site amenities.



The building is smoke-free; any violation of this rule will result in a penalty.

Our guests have access to the famous Parque Mexico being only footsteps away. The building has a rooftop terrace with an unbeatable view of Parque Mexico and the buildings of Reforma Ave. towering in the background. The rooftop is equipped with wifi, tables and lounge chairs perfect for working outside or enjoying a coffee in the morning, or a cocktail at night. The rooftop also boasts a communal laundry room for you to wash your clothes free of charge.

The Neighborhood:

The area of Condesa that borders Parque México and Hipódromo enchants visitors with its leafy streets, Art Deco architecture, and vibrant cultural scene. Try the city bikes by "EcoBici", they are a great way to explore the city as there are stations and bike lanes everywhere!
