The hotel is located in a very central and reasonable quite location making it good just across the road they set up a local market, interesting to see and maybe get some local food. The room is clean but has older style furniture and could do with some modernization, but when you consider the price it works. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional.

This is definitely an economy hotel. There is an old side and a new side. The new side has been recently updated and you’re able to get AC. There is no heat (this is common in Mexico). It was quite cool during our stay in the evening so they gave us extra blankets (from desk). I would not recommend the old side at all. It’s very dated, carpet bedding mattresses, etc-not good. We asked to move to the new side but that has its issues too. The room we were in - the fan in the bathroom did not work and neither did the TV remote. Anytime a shower was taken the entire bathroom was covered with moisture. If you opened the bathroom door to assist, the entire room felt moist. The mattresses had plastic covers and that does not help with sleeping. Anytime we interacted with the staff they were wonderful. 10/10 for staff. This place needs more TLC.

Where to begin? Well, I would have to say the personnel at the front desk were extremely unfriendly and even unprofessional. Not a smile, not a greeting, nothing. They go out of their way to avoid eye contact with you when you ask them. Something, even turn their heads to the side and ignore you. They appear to be completely untrained regarding hospitality. Garbage collectors would have been friendlier. In fact, they acted rather annoyed when we informed them that our air conditioner was barely working. We asked that they replace it since it was a portable unit. Of course they didn’t. Our room was extremely stuffy and hot. Very uncomfortable. Also, they refused to give us plastic drinking cups, of all things, for our room. We actually had to go to a restaurant outside the hotel and purchased them. Imagine. There was no mini fridge in the room, and since there is no ice on the property, we had to purchase a bag of ice in order to keep our beverages cool. My friend and I from the United States are fluent in Spanish and our traveling companion is from Chihuahua, so there was no language barrier. Just unfriendly and unprofessional people at the front desk. I have stayed in this hotel several times in spite of the weak Wi-Fi because of the location. I will never stay here again, nor will my friends. Extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend this Hotel to anyone.

La habitación que me tocó olía mucho a humedad, la recepcionista que me atendió se molestó por el solo hecho de ir 2 veces para que revisaran mi llave ya que no abría mi habitación y el personal técnico que fue a revisar la programación de la tv de mi habitación se molestó y azotó horrible la puerta solo por el hecho de ir a revisar, trato muy grosero por parte del señor que nos atendió.

Todo estuvo muy bien el hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación cerca de taquerías restaurantes supermercados y de paseo reforma. Disfrutamos del evento del mundial a pocas calles y si te gusta caminar puedes llegar a bellas artes caminando. La zona no me parece insegura aunque en México ya al anocher en cualquier lugar es mejor estar en el hotel. No es un hotel de lujo pero para los que vamos a turistear y solo a dormir está más que bueno. El personal nada fuera de lo normal, amables y atentos.
