The staff was unwelcoming. They look at us as we didn't belong. The room had a window facing a wall. The bathroom wasn't clean. The room as no ventilation system. No AC unit. The place was cold and humid. I would not recommend it.

The place is clean and the staff is really nice. However, unfortunately, the area where it's located is not safe — walking around can be very dangerous. Police vans pass by every 10 minutes, which shows how risky it is. For your own safety, use only Uber, although sometimes the drivers may cancel the ride.

I don't know who are these people leaving good reviews, because this place was one of the worst I've ever experienced. The area was awful, was told by 3 different Uber drivers to be VERY CAREFUL. The room was not air conditioned and had a strong smell of cigarettes! Staff was not helpful or knowledgeable. No places to eat around and very far from city metro stations. Finally, I wasn't even able to get that "free breakfast" because I had to leave to the airport and I had been waiting 1.5 hours without getting anytbing! Just an awful experience... Never again!!
