Check-in was easy and staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a television and air conditioning. Bathroom and shower was great and several toiletries were provided (large bars of soap, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, and a toothbrush. There is a restaurant on site with excellent food! I had a great stay!

I liked everything about the hotel, good room, great staff, good location. The one downside is the noise level. It is not so much that other guests are particularly overly noisy or partying loudly, more that tge rooms are not sound proofed, so if one is quiet and trying to read or sleep, you here everything. Don't know what can be done about it, I expect as an older building that is how it is.

Very nice large room with comfortable beds and a t.v that is easy to use. Our window was facing the street but noise was minimal. We were only going to stay one night but we liked the location (steps away from Hidalgo metro) and the line 7 bus that took us to the Anthropology museum. Restaurant was good. We ate breakfast and dinner there. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I would stay here again

The hotel has certain details which make it looks old. Some staff members were wearing informal clothes an eating in their desks; however, everybody is very polite. The hotel is clean and rooms are bigger than average. If you only need a good place to sleep this hotel is ok.
