I liked this hotel. Only downside really was the loudness from Obergon Ave as I was facing street side. Also - there was a massive soccer team of ten year olds who constantly were running around the hallways yelling, but they're kids.

Location was excellent and there was many great places to eat, drink, and listen to music all within walking distance. The rooms were very basic but clean so overall it was cheap and cheerful.

A budget friendly hotel

The location and the rate are the only good thing we would say about the hotel. The mattresses and pillows are all very firm. We stayed here for 4 nights. We only had 1quiet night. The walls are very thin. We could hear Kids’ playing and people’s talking. I guess we got what we paid for.

Hotel Milán is well situated in Roma Norte with lots of eateries and bars nearby. Strong WiFi. Helpful staff. Adequate rooms —- basic partially updated Mexican Europe style. Shower water pressure could be better but it is hot. No AC or Heat, but Mexico City climate is very mild. Restaurant room service is good. Prices very fair.

Improvement in staff customer service

Hotel staff not friendly to hotel guests staying there over 4 or more days. They should greet guests as they encountered them for friendly and polite manners. I requested a receipt for my stay after checking out on 2nd of June 2025. The agent -Denisse stated she never do that but I stated you should as requested by hotel guest. Agent does not want to work with guest. Lack of training by poor hotel general manager with a slap in the face lack of agent training as compared to US standard customer service Denisse should be fully re-trained on customer service working directly at the reception desk.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is fantastic—situated on a bustling tourist street filled with activities day and night, making it easy to explore the area. The staff is courteous, helpful, and attentive, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. However, I did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences. First, my room was missing an AC remote control, which made for an uncomfortable few hours until I requested one. The staff was accommodating and found a replacement, but it was an unexpected hassle. Second, the keycard repeatedly lost access, requiring multiple resets at the front desk—a frustrating issue, especially when I only realized the problem upon returning to my room. Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel provides a good stay overall.
