This is has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at And the service mid day was the worst ever it’s smelled in both rooms i was switched to no running water we couldn’t shower or even use the restroom or brush our teeth complete don’t recommend !!!!

I booked thru Expedia, got my confirmation number, but once I got to the hotel they said they didn’t have any reservation. I wasn’t the only person there with the same problem. If they see that it’s happening with a lot of potential customers why don’t they (Mallorca hotel) call Expedia and tell them that they don’t have any rooms available? It really sucks because it was a long flight, and we had to go thru that and to top it off we still had to find some where eles to stay. Very frustrating.

Pésimo hotel. My wife had a two-night reservation. The hotel didn't check her in until 11:00 PM. There was no water in the room. She left in the morning. There has been no response to her refund request. Terrible hotel.
