Staff was very helpful especially kitchen staff. Breakfast was worth the value of what we paid for. No AC in our room but I guess that is what we paid for but it was raining and cold when we were in CDMX last week to watch Dimash concert so it was no big deal. Will use this hotel again.

I only stayed one night. I felt so unsafe. I thought I had booked closer to the city. Boy was I wrong. I went outside and it was so scary. I felt so un safe. I didn’t go further away from the steps of the hotel. I ate some tamales and champurrado a vendor was selling outside the hotel. I ask for a place to eat and he said around there was nothing I would like to venture. He said it was Very un safe. He recommended I stay indoors and wait till the morning. So I did. Never again.

La propiedad está en una localidad poco recomendable. No hay restaurantes cerca y la habitación que nos tocó tenía varias cosas que necesitaban de compostura. El lugar es básico y por lo menos los colchones estaban en buenas condiciones. Lamentablemente, no lo podría recomendar.
