With no central heating system, the hotel was FREEZING!!! There was no hot water. Also no receptacle plugs, and the soap dispensers didn't work. Unfortunately breakfast only starts at 7am & we had to be at the airport by then... It would be good if the hotel offered a takeout breakfast for travellers.

I was assigned a corner room that unfortunately had a strong unpleasant odor. The flooring was visibly deteriorating, and the fire alarm sensor was beeping throughout my stay. Additionally, room service trays were left in the hallway for extended periods and were not cleared during the two days I was there. Overall, the condition of the room and surrounding area did not meet reasonable expectations.

I wanted to like this hotel but is not located in a good area, dirty dishes on the common areas outside rooms for days. Loud guests, construction happened very early in the morning which I couldn’t sleep properly, The bed is uncomfortable, no outlets to plug in your devices, no AC. I couldn’t open my door without concierge help. Never coming back here!

It was my first time visiting Mexico City and we had a good experience. The hotel was accommodating and the next day they held our luggage since our flight was late evening and we really appreciated that because it gave us more time to get to know the city. They offered to call a taxi to get us to the airport and overall I would stay there again.
