Reserved and paid for a room with a Queen bed. Received a room with a double bed. Shower wouldn't drain. Lighting was very poor in room. Will not recommend at all.

This is the nicest boutique hotel that I have stayed in..Super close to MEX airport,small well equipped rooms, great front desk staff and one of the tastiest nutritious breakfast buffet! And the price will make you happy!

Hotel was too far from Airport terminals, not as mentioned on the website. Parking of vehicles is difficult since it's on the lower level and vehicle can only be moved or parked by hotel personal, very unsafe. Our room view was toward the main street and there was city road work been done all night long. You can hear all the work, no sound proofing on windows and walls. Didn't get any sleep at all. Terrible location and accommodations for this hotel and the price. Pay and stay at the airport hotels.

The room and breakfast were good. When we checked in we were told we could only pay in cash or travelers checks because their credit card system was down. We got a very bad exchange rate because the only cash we had was dollars at the time. It just felt like there was something off. Also, it didn’t feel like this hotel was not anywhere near the airport like we expected.

Insanely loud traffic can be heard all night as well as noise within the building. This place may be conveniently located near the airport but it’s worth it to stay further away in a more comfortable hotel located near food options (convenience stores and restaurants).

The hotel was located in a bad area, and the room was clean but small. The girl who checked us in was smiling but indifferent; overall, not a good vibe in that hotel.... The security guy was very friendly and helpful, the kind of person who likes to help, but not the front desk; they help you because they have to.... not a good vibe.

Listen. It’s a room. I was hoping for a relaxing stay for my last night in CDMX, close to the airport because I had an early flight. I thought I’d go with a chain hotel so I’d know what I was getting. This is not the big chain hotel experience I was expecting from something like a Wyndham property. It’s more second rate hostel
