I wouldn't comeback to this hotel, the staff are good, good service. I stayed 3 night's in the middle of the week, every night at the pent house they played exagerated loud music, also you can hear everything from the other rooms, definitely this is not a place where you can bring your family, or rest.

We used the hotel because it was a walking distance from el estadio de los deportes to watch the cruz azul game. It was safe and i was impressed by the breakfast and food

Permitieron una fiesta en el 3 piso muy ruidoso hasta las 9 de la mañana no pudimos dormir ni un minuto protestamos t les dio igual Me lo pensaré mucho antes de volver a ese hotel y no lo recomiendo en absoluto

Para empezar lean bien las reseñas, el lugar es básicamente un motel, en donde autos entran y salen todo el día y se escucha el ruido. El olor del "hotel" y la habitación es a cigarro, aún y cuando abres la ventana o prendes el aire y el baño huele mal. Pésima opción. Se siente uno inseguro. Hice check in, duré menos de 10 minutos en la habitación y me fuí.

Desafortunadamente hay una zona VIP donde permiten que los huéspedes hagan lo que quieran y pusieron música a muy alto volumen toda la noche y parte de la mañana y no dejaron dormir y descansar y a pesar de quejarnos en la recepción no hacían nada. Terrible falta de respeto para los huéspedes que queremos descansar y pasar una feliz estancia.
