Todo siempre excelente, solicite cortinas blackout, y no cubrian bien todo el ventanal. Se agradece la atención, pero con el ruido de la avenida y las luces de enfrente, es difícil dormir.

Las condiciones del hotel son muy deplorables, las toallas de aseo estaban rotas, las almohadas todas planas, no tenían clima ni siquiera un abanico, entraba mucha luz por la ventana, fue muy difícil dormir con todo el ruido

En cuanto a las instalaciones no valen su precio por noche, no cuentan con aire acondicionado y tampoco ventanas que ventilen adecuadamente, aparte me dejaron sin agua el día que estuve que ahí, hay que estar solicitando todo desde almohadas, toallas y hasta ventilador por la falta del aire acondicionado. Muy mal servicio por lo que cobran por noche. Pésimo
