Our room was covered in roaches, the drain smelled, no shampoo... We left after one night and didn't even bother asking for a refund, we just wanted to get out of there. Honestly, if it weren't for that, it would have been a perfectly fine, no frills stay. It's a bit dated, but it's in a good location and if it weren't for all the bugs it would have been a good budget stay.

The room was very clean. The people were very nice. It's older and not modernized but the beds, the shower, and the people were all very good. Excellent value, felt very comfortable and welcoming during a three day stay. I would definitely go back. It's a great location and ideal for an easy going budget conscious person. Lots of food and amenities, including 24 hour tacos, hipster zones, the major hospitals, multiple metro stations all at the doorstep basically.

The bed was super uncomfortable and the fire alarm kept going off every day due to a battery issue. The shower doesn’t drain very well so you’re left for the pool of water in the bathroom when you’re trying to go to the bathroom the next day.

It is a awful place (can't call it a hotel!) 1. You can hear everything from your room either who set in the lobby or even who use bathroom in their own room!! 2. I found bugs multiple times!! 3. No one speaks English (they lie about it, claiming they know English on Expedia) 4. I couldn't stay more than few days although i reserved for 3 weeks. When i asked for cancelation and refund they refused even a partial refund although i had about 14 days left!!

El lugar es bueno si tu intención es tener un lugar donde descansar y aprovechar el día para conocer la CDMX. Lo único malo es que durante la estancia en la noche estaban haciendo reparaciones o manejo de mobiliarios ella habitación arriba de nosotros y fue algo incómodo.
