The stay was very nice! Suites concept, spacious rooms with all the amenities and included a light continental breakfast too. The stuff at front desk was very friendly amd professional, and front desk agent, Martin, who helped us was great! Located just 5-6 min walk Angel de Independencia, 10 min walk to Parque Mexico y Parque Espania. Tucked between 3 nicest neighborhoods of Roma Norte, where this hotel is, Reforma and Condesa, which is very trendy with shops, bars and restaurants. Overall great experience!

One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The beds were rock hard, the pillows felt like they were stuffed with cheap scraps, and the bathroom had mold everywhere. On top of that, the staff was rude and unhelpful. Absolutely not worth the money. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free.

Tercera vez que me quedo acá en Block. Habitaciones muy cómodas, buena limpieza. Lugar muy céntrico, cerca de transporte, áreas para caminar, a pesar de que es céntrico se descansa muy bien. 100 puntos. Quisiera nada más hacer una observación, que esta vez que me quede, y por lo general me despierto sobre las 10am., se escuchaba en el pasillo la Radio de comunicación interna del hotel, y si el ruido se escuchaba dentro de la habitación causando algo de molestias sugeriría que lo tengan a menos volumen o usar head set… todo lo demás es excelente, lo recomiendo.

Nice hotel in convenient location to many attractions. Clean. Comfy bed. Plenty of plugs for charging. Everything worked. My room was next to the main road but traffic noise was tolerable. There were electrical issues one particular day with the only elevator being out of service for a while. Half the hotel is being renovated; power outage due to construction. As a vegetarian I didnʻt try included breakfast on 7th floor. Would stay here again.
