Perfect location, friendly staff

The hotel itself was clean and the employees at the reception were amazing. Very friendly and professional. They helped us all the time. The bedsheet of the room were stained ( there was some ink and other food stains). Everyday we were short of towels and they didn't refill the toilet paper. We would call the receptionist and it would be delivered right away. Location is perfect and plenty of stores, food and malls nearby. Very safe all day all night. Will stay again.

What I liked the mostvwas the bed and the pillows. What I did not like is that the checkout is at 12 and have only until 14 hrs to send the info for the invoice.

La acumulación de polvo era excesiva, al en vender el aire acondicionado el polvo se levantaba por la habitación. Las sabanas el primer día tenían manchas. El piso de la ducha tiene principios de hongos. Lamentable el aseo de la habitación, no parecía una cadena de hoteles respetable sino por el contrario una habitación de motel de carretera
