We arrive just after midnight from our flight. Check-in was quick and our room was quiet and dark. Perfect for sleeping after a day of travelling.The steps to the entance to the hotel was tricky to manage with our suitcases

The front desk customer services can be improved greatly, not friendly & courteous. We booked several rooms with 3 people per suite but can only have one room card when asked. Courtesy water bottle per day was so difficult to ask. We love the hotel and would come back but please front desk customer services can be better! Thank you greatly!

All good except no fridge in room, no paper nor pen to write. No English tv channels for American guests but all of them were in Spanish. Door lock did not function well so we had to change to other room. I was not able to be assigned to rooms in higher floors so I got to stay in a room on first floor without any view not front nor back view. Not much happy staying in this hotel. Only I am happy with coffee and breakfast served. Thanks anyway!
