The hotel itself was great. My check in process sucked, when I walked in the lady at the front desk did not say anything no greeting, no acknowledgement, no "Ill be with you in a moment" for a whole minute she was busy "watching" something on her computer screen. Two hours later my hotel room phone was not working and I walked downstairs and the same woman once again too busy on the computer did not once look up nor did she acknowledge me but this time the gentleman next to her did ask if he can help. Everything was fine except for HER poor customer service.

Stayed here for a night, front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. I had frozen breastmilk I had to store, the rooms didn’t have refrigerators but they allowed me to store the milk in the restaurant freezer. The rooms were clean, the complimentary breakfast was delicious! We really liked how they had a complimentary shuttle that drove us directly to our designated terminal. The only downsides were that the television didn’t work while we were there and room service took forever to arrive. They had told us room service would take 40 minutes but we for our food 1 hour and 30-40 minutes later.

Hotel was okay, but I got super frustrated with the announced shuttle transfer service from airport to hotel (which was one of the main reasons to book this hotel). The process to get this service completely unclear in the hotel FAQ, and even after struggling a lot to reach the place in the airport (where I could take the van), the driver informed me I should have called the hotel and book it first: the van had only another two passengers and left me there while the car still had plenty of space... I gave up and took a taxi.... once at hotel, the reception didn't show any empathy to my issue.... Long story short, I picked an expensive hotel close to airport where I wouldn't have any to come / go from airport, and ended up paying additional USD 20 for a 3-minute ride.... Terrible experience.... watch out....
