Our stay at Historico Central Hotel was amazing! The staff was so professional and friendly. Andrea and Enrique at the Concierge desk were so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us many wonderful suggestions that made our stay even better. The walking tour of Historico Central on our first morning was a fabulous way to start our visit to Mexico City. Emiliano from Mexico a pie was our guide and he was so knowledgeable about the history of Mexico City and very friendly. He gave us many wonderful recommendations of places to go. The hotel was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and the Central Cafe. We would absolutely stay at Historico Central Hotel the next time we are in Mexico City! We highly recommend!

I loved my experiences at this hotel. The staff here are outstanding!! They'll do their best to make your stay a pleasurable experience. Manuel took such good care of me and is always so patient, welcoming and friendly. Daily breakfast and 24/7 coffee and sandwiches is super helpful when you are just looking for a quick bite and a drink. Free unlimited bottles. Honestly just make your trip much more worry free and enjoyable. 100% will book back :)

The staff were excellent, courteous and giving us any help we asked. The room was clean, but the showerbb by head must be adjusted so that it does not shoot water out of the shower. The cleaning crew was not professional. The best part of our stay was the daily breakfast. It was free!

Outstanding. We have never been trated as royally and we traveled alot. Perfect location-close to some of the most beautiful cathedrals. Staff welcoming..Accommodations the very best quality. I wasn’t wild about the à la carte breakfast. It’s essentially Mexican food. I think a buffet offers more variety. That said, the hotel is comfortable. I left a much needed item in the room. The staff happily agreed to send it on, but despite several contacts, failed to follow through.
