One room we rented out the fridge never worked, the clothing iron didn’t work and then they gave us another and then that one didn’t work. They cleaned our room and didn’t have a problem until the 3rd day when I couldn’t find my eye glasses. We asked multiple times and checked the whole room and was gone. I never took them out the room and they never apologized or did anything to make the situation better. It’s sad because the hotel itself is beautiful and such a great area but can’t trust the staff if my stuff just disappeared after they cleaned. WE even left tip each time they cleaned but sometimes trash was left and sink wasn’t cleaned.

The staff were amazing to deal with, and even sent us complimentary champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries as we were celebrating our Honeymoon. The executive lounge staff were always so accommodating, and the room was very spacious and super clean. We have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel, and their staff.
