The property is definitely outdated. On the first night we did a late check in and it was close to midnight and we encountered the sink was clogged, safe was not functional and the main door wouldn’t properly align. We did call it in, the gentleman temporarily fixed it. I mentioned to the front desk the concerns about the room and she suggested that depending on the gravity of the plumbing issue they would relocate us. Next day, the sink was back to being backed up and just to realize the shower had the same back up issues. You would think housekeeping would acknowledge but nothing came from that. Then again, upon check in housekeeping had failed to replenish the soap dispensers so there’s that! There was no follow up from the front desk, their promise to fix the safe and the door “next day” bc of the late hour never happened either. I don’t expect St.Regis from a Hilton but at least a functional and acceptable property from what is rated a 4.5 stars would be the minimum. Other than location and decent drinks at the bar, this property needs a major revamp, spare yourself the disappointment!

Great property in the downtown area. The dining options within the property are excellent, although, there are plenty of options within walking distance. The area around the hotel is always full of crowds and people at all times of the day. Despite the crowds, it never felt unsafe even at night. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The indoor pool (heated) was nice touch and the outdoor pool is on the 6th floor, nice views and very relaxing escape.
