This is a nice hotel with good sized rooms. Our view was out the back, but other rooms had a great view. The room are quiet. The restrooms are limited size and the shower is very small and the shower head was leaky. The restaurant was very slow in service and on two occasions gave us faulty orders. It is very hard to get the airport shuttle (you have to contact them inside the arrivals hall). It runs once per hour in most cases :30 after from the airport and at the top of the hour from the hotel. Given Mexican traffic this is subjects to conditions.

Everything was good until check out. When we checked in we were told that the shuttle would take us to the airport at 6:00 am. When we got to the desk at 6:00 we were told that the shuttle doesn’t run until 7:00. We had to take a cab or we would have missed our flight.

Tho hotel is very clean and the staff is nice. I was able to check in a bit earlier so I appreciated that. It’s close to the airport and if you have an event at Palacio de los Deportes, it’s a 20 minute walk there. If it’s your first time coming you need to go inside and use the elevators on the your right to get to the hotel. The hotel is inside a mall and there’s plenty of food to eat.

It should be listed that you have to stop by the Fiesta office at the airport between exit 4 and 3 to check in for the shuttle. Shuttle leaves from exit 4. Luckily a helpful airport porter walked me there. Breakfast wasn't included with my stay. 20% off at the restaurant (adult bev excluded)
