Sub par by every measure. I don't expect Mexico to be like the US but but at price point paid, this place was a rip off. Didn't get the room I booked, shoddy room, poor maid service, and no concierge service. I've paid less for a room in downtown Zurich that was much better than this. In a great part of the city but there are plenty of other hotels there.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of condesa with so many restaurants, coffee shops, and Walmart express within a 5 min walk. We walked to the Parque Espana and Parque Mexico daily in the morning. The staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious, each of the 3 rooms had their own bathroom. The view from the balcony was great too. It’s nice to have an elevator take you straight to your room

Amazing Family Vacation to CDMX

We had the most amazing time, the property was amazing, smelled amazing & was immaculate. We had 4 people and all had our own space to spread out. Extremely renovated! Comfortable. Most needs available, very comfortable for a family. We loved the daily cleaning services. Very convenient location close to shopping, cafes and restaurants. We felt so at home and comforted by 24/7 friendly doorman service. The roof deck views were amazing and the location the best. We walked all over the city and realized the location was the best with its tree lined streets and walking paths, connection to Mexico Park and nice restaurants (many of the best in the city are close by). We highly recommend it for families.
