Incredible newly remodeled apartment in a modern design located close to the heart of Colonia Condesa. Decorated and furnished by a professional designer, the apartment is very cozy and is located in one of the best located areas of Mexico City.
In a quiet street and close to many shops within walking distance.

The location is very good. Has a big balcony with great view

Good value, needs work

The place was a good price and so I would say overall I was happy with the value. If they put a little extra effort in the place would be a lot nicer. Needs new paint. There were lightbulbs out in one of the bathrooms and living room. They were missing some basic amenities like hand soap

Americans Helping Setup a School

The neighborhood was fabulous and very friendly but quiet. The apartment was clean and just as the pictures showed. Plenty of hot water and comfortable beds. The kitchen needed some hand towels or paper towels to clean up spills or dry dishes quickly. Communication with company was nightmare. Didn't respond with check-in instructions untill 10pm when check-in was at 4pm. Tried to say we hadn't paid but the payment confirmation had been the last Communication 2 weeks before. Really scared us badly arriving late at night from a foreign country.

Great Stay in Escandon

We had a great stay - very comfortable and a home away from home. We loved the neighbourhood as it was a short walk away to leafy Condesa and Roma Norte but we really felt like we were staying in a local neighbourhood with lots of options for cafes, restaurants and stores. We would definitely return to this property.
