When you go on vacation, you’re looking for one of two things: fun or relaxation. If you’re reading this, you’re in luck, because in our apartment you can enjoy both! Still not convinced?



With a perfect location, close to the best shops, restaurants, and entertainment spots in Condesa, our spacious, stylish, and cozy apartment is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests in a safe and secure area.



The Space:

The apartment is exclusively for our guests. You’ll have access to the kitchen, laundry room, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, dining area, and a cozy living room.



If you need a travel crib or high chair for your baby, please let us know one week before your arrival so we can provide one. If you have any additional requests, please let us know so we can find the best option for you and your companions.



**P.S. Before confirming your reservation, please:**



1. Select the correct number of guests, as the price varies depending on the number of guests.

2. Submit valid IDs for all guests, including minors and the person who made the reservation.

3. When booking, confirm that you have read and accepted our house rules and cancellation policy.



We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons such as smells or perceived cleanliness.

Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



*Parking, whether on the property or on public streets, is entirely at the guest's own risk and responsibility. The accommodation is not liable for theft, damage, or any other incident involving vehicles or any belongings left inside them.
