Great location, clean, safe area, hotel connects to a shopping center with many stores and movie theater. The only thing was the shower water was only lukewarm the entire time, which made showering a little uncomfortable.

Room were clean and well maintained. Very quiet. They did ask for Identification of every guest staying in the hotel which was new to me including children asking for their CURP which is a unique Identification number. Something i have not experienced at any other stay. Other than that, stay was great. Love the check-out hours. They let check out up to 2pm which is great if you’re not an early bird…

Excellent staff and good location. Gave only 4 stars because the water pressure was weird and we had to change rooms on the last night of our stay due to a water leak and in that second room the a/c unit was not working properly. Fortunately it was a cool night and we didn’t need a/c to cool down the room
