Es un amplio departamento, muy iluminado, sin ruidos exteriores ideal para descansar y/o trabajar desde casa. Tiene un internet de alta velocidad y cuenta con todos los servicios incluidos. El estacionamiento es privado y muy seguro. La cocina es de uso compartido con todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar cómodamente tus alimentos. También contamos con lavadora y área de tendido. El comedor y la sala son muy espaciosos y de libre acceso. El baño aunque es compartido siempre está impecable. Tengo un perrito muy tranquilo y educado que ya tiene 13 años, es French Puddle y se llama Bailey. Estamos en un tercer piso (no hay elevador) y es un departamento por piso. La seguridad y tranquilidad son nuestros estandartes!
La recámara es de 20 metros cuadrados, cuenta con una pantalla plana de TV bastante grande con Roku para disfrutar de tus momentos de esparcimiento, el closet es muy amplio y su cama es King size súper cómoda, también cuenta con plancha para ropa, secador de pelo, ventilador de piso para días calurosos y un gran escritorio con su silla ergonómica. El ventanal es de pared a pared y tiene cortinas black out para permitirte las horas de sueño que desees. Te facilitamos toallas, una confortable cobija por si hace frío y algunos detalles para tu higiene personal.
