Located near the International Airport of Mexico City (AICM) (15 min), the Foro Sol (15 min), Coyoacán neighborhood (15 min) and Mexico City's downtown (20 min), you will find in the center of the action without sacrificing the comfort and tranquility you need to relax.

The neighborhood is a very quiet area. Despite being a main avenue, it only has two lanes, so cars don't make excessive noise.

The street where the apartment is located is closed and around there are many places to eat, convenience stores, pharmacies, etc.

There is a park very close to go for a walk with your children or pets.

You couldn't ask for a better location. We are just a short drive (15 min) from the Mexico City International Airport (AICM), making it easy to arrive and depart.

The magic of Coyoacán, with its bohemian atmosphere, cobblestone streets, and dining options, is just a short drive away.

In the same way, the center of Mexico City with the cathedral, the zócalo and many museums, is located at a distance of 20 minutes by car.
Smoking inside the apartment is PROHIBITED, any person who smokes in the apartment will have to pay a $10,000 MXN fine for each night of the stay.
