4/10 Poor

Liked: Staff & service
We booked two rooms with two double beds, but when we arrived we found that the "double beds" were actually twin beds. On top of that, the toilet in one of our rooms was leaking. The hotel did move us to another room after we reported the issue, but the "upgrade" was simply a room with two full-size beds, which was what we had expected to receive when we made the reservation. Overall, the experience was disappointing because the room we booked was not what was provided.
