This hotel is right across the street from two major banks' headquarters, so staying there for business is perfect. The rooms are comfy and the views to the city are great. All in all it is a perfect hotel for the weary business traveler.

En general, el servicio fue bueno; sin embargo, no me agradó la falta de claridad respecto al tema de la facturación. Entiendo que, al realizar la contratación mediante la plataforma de Hotels.com, existe una comisión por el uso del servicio; no obstante, considero que la diferencia entre el monto pagado y el facturado es excesiva. Se nos indicó revisar el tema directamente con la plataforma, pero considero que el hotel también debe asumir responsabilidad y brindar una respuesta clara, ya que finalmente es quien representa la atención directa al cliente, mientras que la plataforma funciona como un medio para atraer huéspedes.
