\there was a small mall attached with a Wallmart and places to eat. Traffic in Mexico is terrible 24/7 but Uber is cheap and reliable, The room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. Meeting rooms were excellent with great facilities and catering. The only problem, which is minor, is that there are no cups in the bathroom

Perfect hotel for a short stay. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The rooms are soundproof. Location is great and there are lota of options for shopping and dinning. Parking has a small charge but it is very convenient ans easy to use.

I am disgusted. I would like a credit. I am not a complainer, but this was very disappointing. First off I couldn’t sleep the ac was so loud and vents were broken so it was blowing right on me. I couldn’t turn it off or down because it was extremely hot if I did. Most disturbing!!!! Was that there was blood stains on the sheets. I didn’t notice until the morning because I arrived so late and tired that I just crawled into be. Again I am not a complainer usually but after a long day that was unacceptable.
