They canceled my reservation because it lacked payment, when the booking didn’t say it was needed and I could pay at the properly. Had to make a reservation last minute at 11pm after landing, which was very stressful. When I called they said it was their policy to cancel reservations without payment.

El unico problema que se tuvo fue que tocaban a las 9am para ver si estabamos en el cuarto si en la administracion deverian de saber hasta cuando se encuentra hospedado el cliente es molesto que toquen sabiendo que uno esta dormido y tienen esa costumbre de tocar, en otros hoteles de City express no habia tenido esta mala experiencia.
