We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned. The breakfast was optional and it is a 2 mile walk to the Basilica. They do offer a shuttle to the Basilica but not back.

The room was fine. Apparently, they don’t know what a face washcloth is. I asked for it twice and no result. Since employees speak Spanish, I used my app translator to ask my request. A face washcloth should be part of the bathroom towels, too.

Basic hotel

Clean room, very basic, no mini fridge or room service. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety, lots of coffee and good service. Expect to pay $15 USD to get from and to the airport.
