I liked the modern facility, the conveniences nearby, and the distance from the city which made it quiet but close. I didn’t like the check in process and the lack of autonomy. Instead of providing me with all the information I needed, I had to ask questions as I went. I requested a queen bed and was given a room with two singles. To use amenities like the gym I needed to book a specific time. If I had known about this I couldn’t have planned. So I do not recommend this property because of the processes you need to complete to do basic things. And I do not recommend this property if you don’t speak Spanish.

Terrible Place

This is an Airbnb not a hotel or a hostel. The security at the World Trade Center didn’t even know that there was an apartment for rent for a few nights. I called many times to the number provided he never answered. This place should not be on Hotels.com

They did not know Ibwas checking in, I had to call travelocity and check in that way. Nobody told me (and I never read) that it would be a SHARED department, until I saw another (surprised as well) guest cominig in. Leftovers on the island and the refrigerator. Terrible internet.

Me incomodó compartir espacio con hombres que dejaron sucio el baño compartido para todos, y cuando llegué a la habitación no tenía buen olor. Olía a sudor. Siempre nos resolvieron las dudas de parte de las personas que nos recibieron. Pero cuando pregunté si me quedaría con hombres y mujeres me aseguraron que eran mujeres.

No es el lugar que dicen que es. Por mensaje mandan la ubicación real y es en un edificio de departamentos el cual sólo te rentan una habitación y no hay suficiente privacidad. El tamaño de la cama no es la que dicen y el edredón estaba sucio.
