The staff is great! They are helpful trying to solve any issues you may have with your room. I think amenities can be improved and the rooms should be doubled-checked before assigning them to customers. Breakfast was great and the breakfast area is neat and well kept.

I was surprised by the quality for the price. The room was well appointed - if a bit short of means to use the kitchenette. Apart from that it was comfortable, clean and generously sized. I have paid twice the price for less well appointed rooms. The hotel is also very well located with lots of bars and restaurants yet the room was still quiet.

Avoid this place unless you're on your bottom dollar. Room floors were filthy and sticky (not mopped in weeks). Dead, dried, squashed bugs in the shower walls (Not to mention yellow, caked stains of who knows what as well). Spider webs in room, patio door would not lock, forcing you to leave your room open to the rest of the shared patio guests. Tattered towels, dirty pots and pans. Sheets were stained yellow as well in several places. Upon reporting to front desk, was told housekeeping would not be available until the next day. The next day, room cleaning did not mop (or sweep) the room. Absolutely disgusting.
