Hotel was very nice! Inviting lobby and comfortable rooms! Check in was a little odd. We arrived at 1:30pm and were told we would need to wait until 2pm, so we went to the onsite cafe for a lite lunch. Went back to the receptionist at 2:30pm (different receptionist) and was told we had to wait until 3pm, even though our room was ready. The room price also dropped from $100 to $30, but we were not reimbursed. But all in all I would stay with Casa Olea again!

There was a weird smell when coming into the room. I paid extra for my room and it didn't have AC which was okay because it wasn't too hot this time of year. The morning before leaving there was no water to shower which was huge no. I would probably wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed at Casa Olea for 6 nights and felt welcomed from day one. The staff was friendly and courteous, the facility was extremely clean, and daily room service was a great touch. The area is safe, walkable, and close to many main points in CDMX. Check-in and check-out were easy, the on-site cafeteria was convenient, and I loved having AC in the room. I also appreciated the added services like on-site doctor visits and airport transportation. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
