We booked Casa Condesa Michoacan 113 through Expedia but were moved to a different Hotel (Casa Condesa 84) on arrival. The hotel had a much smaller layout and a tiny bathroom that was not at all what we booked. On our second day the room lost power and, after a chaotic wait, staff moved us back to the original 113 — but by then our plans were ruined. This stay felt disorganized and subpar: the room we actually received was not what we paid for, the lack of power disrupted our trip, and the constant moving made the whole experience stressful. I can’t recommend this property based on how our reservation was handled.
