Casa cibeles was amazing! The staff were friendly and were always there to help and answer questions. Property is super clean and housecleaning were attentive! Would recommend this place to young couples who are into nightlife and exploring the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cibeles. All the girls were fantastic. We truly appreciate Lorena and Yasmin for their assistance during our stay. The living room and two-thirds of the rooms had air conditioning. I understand why the reviews mention some noise, but honestly, it wasn’t keeping me up at night. Also, keep in mind that it’s located on a main road. Would stay here again.

Had a great stay at Casa Cibeles. Exactly what I wanted for my 4 day stay in CDMX. Very walkable neighborhood with tons of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance. I will definitely be staying here again.

If you're staying in Roma Norte, I highly recommend Casa de Cibeles by Lumina. The location is hard to beat—safe, walkable, and surrounded by great food, drinks, and things to do. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we couldn't have asked for more. It was the perfect home base for our Mexico City trip, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Would definitely stay again, great central location in Roma Norte and all the amenities we needed (AC, high pressure shower, fridge). Staff were great at turndown service, communicating via WhatsApp made things so easy, and the doorman was always a friendly face after our day out

We traveled with two children and this was the perfect place to stay. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage. Our room was a great size for the four of us and very clean. Housekeeping does a great job daily. The free laundry located downstairs was really helpful. Its location makes it walkable to many eateries, monuments, parks, etc. The only downside is that the noise from the bar/nightclub down the street can be quite loud, but that’s no fault of Casa Cibeles. They do provide earplugs. Overall, my family had a great stay here and would return next time to visit Mexico City.

Phenomenal location, rooms were very clean. Would only say the noise as the hotel is right across from a bar, so one out of the two rooms we got was incredibly loud, but they provided ear plugs and it did the job just fine.

This was a perfect stay for me for what I needed for my CDMX trip! Clean room, spacious, communicative, and felt safe. Great and walkable area too! The literal only downside was there is a nightclub close by that I could hear at night - but I knew this going in to the trip! Definitely would recommend Casa Cibeles to anyone!
