This was a perfect stay for me for what I needed for my CDMX trip! Clean room, spacious, communicative, and felt safe. Great and walkable area too! The literal only downside was there is a nightclub close by that I could hear at night - but I knew this going in to the trip! Definitely would recommend Casa Cibeles to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities were great and made our visit even more enjoyable. Rooms were spotless and clean, staff were absolutely wonderful. The doorman and anyone working at the desk were super kind. The patio is really cute and the room was spacious. Our only complaint was that the water was cold for our showers.. it only stayed hot for 1 or 2 minutes.
