The room was fine really, but there were some issues. They will not give you a code to get into the building. Rather, you have to wait for security to let you in and out. Sometimes you’re left standing outside for quite some time. It’s very inconvenient. Electricity went out one night for a few hours and then, even when it came back, there was no running water for quite some time. I got locked out of my room once and security told me to figure it out by messaging the property. Stay somewhere else.

This place is very nice! It’s super clean and it’s new. Only thing is if you don’t like being cold take a warm blanket because the place can get very cold and there is no heat

Habitaciones nuevas, personal amable. Puntos a mejorar: la calefacción no funciona. Limpieza y servicio de agua y café diario en lugar de solo por semana. Agregar una cortina en la ventana de la entrada para que no entre la luz.

La habitación estuvo impecable, el edificio nuevo prácticamente, el servicio de recepción rápido y amable. Lo único que estuvo fuera del plan, es que en la tercera noche de 4, se escuchaba que alguien tenía música fuerte, en la noche y en la mañana, lo reporte a recepción y por WhatsApp, y en 15 minutos lo quitaron.

Realmente estuvo muy bien la ubicación y el hotel en general. Solo tengan en cuenta que les entregan la habitación a las 4pm. Otra cosa que deben de tomar en cuenta es que el código de acceso para ingresar al hotel deja de funcionar en la noche como a las 9pm. Así que el seguridad tendrá que abrirles. Realmente estuvo muy bien.

Hotel nuevo! Me siento satisfecho. Me hubiera gustado recibir un upgrade por mi nivel expedia , hoy antes de mi checkin noté que habían mejores habitaciones disponibles. desafortunadamente no tuve ningún beneficio Expedia VIP. Sin embargo el hotel es excelente. la limpieza y ubicación es lo mejor
