Friends trip

The place is great, very clean, modern and accessible. There was no daily cleaning, we were fine, just something to keep in mind. A lot of noise from the street but not sure giving the location it could be any different. I could keep use it from now on. Great coffee next door too!

The property was small - rooms were small, we could hear the outdoor street every night so it was noisy - the windows were not equipped for the area. The bathrooms were unusually small and uncomfortable to get into and out - (5,7 - 156lbs) and still felt uncomfortable. Would probably not reserve again unless I had to.

I loved this hotel. It was small, but had everything we needed. The only bad park was lack of parking. There was a parking lot nearby, but not on campus.

Muy recomendable, excelente lugar cuenta con todo los servicios, no hubo fallas. Para los que buscan un lugar cerca del Auditorio Nacional si está padre el lugar solo que un poco retirado caminando son como 25 minutos solo les recomiendo salir con tiempo

Yo quedé decepcionado de la propiedad. Aunque la habitación estaba cómoda, pese a que no tenía tapa el lavabo, el ruido de la callé era muy alto y nos dejaba dormir bien. Seguramente tan fácil como escuchábamos las conversaciones también nos escuchaban a nosotros. La llave de combinación no es amigable y la TV es muy difícil de operar y no tiene tv abierta o de cable. Es un lugar caro para lo que se recibe. Lo peor fue el trato del vigilante y encargado Andy Rodríguez. En el buscador de Expedia me decían que había estacionamiento, pero este es en la calle o en estacionamientos cercanos por 5 USD al día. Cuando le pregunté por el estacionamiento exterior, me dijo que no sabía y que el sólo era un vigilante. Que le preguntara a mi buscador algo ridículo de hacer en la noche y que Expedia seguramente ignora. Cuando le dije que los iba a evaluar mal me dijo que estaba bien y en actitud condescendiente me repitió que hiciera lo que quisiera. Le insistí. Misma respuesta. Yo estaba molesto desde el principio y el no hizo más que empeorar las cosas. Me he hospedado en cientos de lugares y nunca vi a una persona encargada tan poco empática e indiferente. Al borde de ser grosero. Poniéndose a la defensiva y desinteresado por mi problemática o mi impresión de él o del lugar. Pasé un muy mal tiempo con él. En definitiva, no recomiendo que se hospeden en un lugar así.

Sin duda; regresaría a capitalia y lo recomendaría muchísimos; es pequeño el depto; pero tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estancia excelente ; todo es increíble en Capitalia

El lugar está muy lindo , la ubicación perfecta , muy limpio , buenas sabanas y toallas , la atención del chico en recepción muy amable , faltó el agua pero de inmediato lo solucionaron.
