I like the location, which is safe, walkable, and close to dining and shopping options while still quiet at night. It is also not too far from 2 metro stations, making public transport a nice option for travel destinations. The room, including the bathroom, although on the small side, was clean & nicely furnished with essential items The staff are nice, helpful, respectful, friendly, and trustworthy. Special kudos to Mariana at front desk, and the person/s who serviced our room(201) for the entire week we stayed. We would stay there again, if we go back to Mexico City.

We loved this hotel. The room is small but it has everything you need to be comfortable. They are just renovated so they are beautiful. The first floor is noisy so maybe ask for a second floor room. You can easily transport anywhere by public transportation.

I stayed in room 003 and next to my room there was a staff room and they where opening and closing the door during the night and at 4:30am there where people from the staff talking just outside my door and they woke me up so I couldn´t rest at all. Besides they should inform you before paying the reservation that they are constructing inside the hotel and it is really messy.
