El hotel està bien pero en la recepción me trataron terrible. Llegue antes del check in y la srita en recepcion me dijo que el horario era a las 3 y que no tenia mi habitacion aun cuando llegaban nuevos huespedes y les asignaban cuarto. A las 3 en punto fui de nuevo y la misma chica no quiso ni atenderme me dijo que con ella no de una forma muy grosera. Otra señorita me atendió mas amable pero me dijo que aunque el check in era a las 3 no tenian lista mi habitación. Tuve que esperar otra hora. Y no me ofrecieron el cupon de descuento en alimentos y las bebidas de cortesia que Hoteles.com siempre me da. La verdad me hicieron perder mucho tiempo y de forma grosera cuando a otas personas que llegaban si les daban habitación. Eso arruina un viaje. En el restaurante muy amables pero la comida excedida en precios.

This is my 4 time staying at the hotel. All the times it was very good this time the quality and cleanliness of the hotel has dropped drastically. My room smelled horrible. My comforter had a stained it was never changed during my stay. The gym has no wipes thus it is disgusting the gym women’s bathroom had no soap. I do not know what happened if managers had been changed. But it is sad to see a place i used to enjoy staying decay at this point. I am planning to stay one more time to see if this was just a fluke. If it does not improve this time. I won’t be using them again.
