David was very responsive and helpful. He answered all our questions promptly and ordered us a mattress for the portable infant crib when it was missing. The place was well stocked and the location/neighborhood were great. The accommodations were not as clean as we would have liked. There were small flies coming out of the drain in one bathroom, and a strong sewage smell in some of the bathrooms. I think David’s cleaning crew needs to be changed. Additionally, the apartment was very hot. The listing said there was Air conditioning, so we assumed there would be AC in the entire apartment, but it was only in one of the bedrooms, and a portable AC/fan upstairs that blew room air. . The other rooms had fans which were helpful, but we recommend clarifying in the listing that the entire apartment does not have AC.

We loved the neighborhood and the parks and just walking around. Great restaurants within walking distance. There are things we’ve mentioned to the owner to make it a bit more top end that we trust will make your stay even better. Still, the apartment is easy to live in and has lots of rooms. We enjoyed our stay.
