Everything was great, except that the pool and hot tub were unavailable throughout our stay. I would suggest clearly indicating maintenance or closure periods in advance, so guests are aware before booking and expectations can be managed accordingly. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and well organized. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping was consistent throughout our stay. This hotel was top tier. The staff is very friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. The buffet was fresh and had a good variety. We had experienced our first earthquake there while in Mexico City and the staff handled the situation professionally and kept calm during the event. We would recommend our family and friends to this hotel because of the value, cleanliness and location is excellent and central to all tourist attractions.
