Everything was great until we left $1500 in a purse in our room. It was our fault to forget it and tempt the workers, but when we came back, the money was not there. You would think that a five star hotel would not let this type of stuff happen because everyone forgets stuff in their room.

The hotel was so lovely with beautiful greenery and chic ambiance. Everyone was very friendly, and that breakfast! The breakfast is incredible. I'd come back for that alone. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Location and comfort

Excellent location, good vibe and overall amenities. A bit pricey for what you get and the pool is a bit of a let down. Would appreciate more places to lay down and lounge.

Amazing staff! The only issues we had was with the design of the hotel, sometimes the fragrances they used was a bit overpowering so if you’re sensitive to smell you will be a bit annoyed whenever you walked into the hotel.

Friendly hotel and friendly hospitality staff. The restaurant breakfast was excellent but was similar to San Diego about $30 per person. I loved the location but my wife was not very happy, look for the food restaurants by walking in the area, good food places around with very reasonable prices but if you want a Sit down American style Restaurant , you will pay what you will pay in the USA, or at least this is what we paid, The food outside of the restaurants are very reasonable cost. Taxis are very expensive but Uber was amazingly low cost then what the Taxi’s were charging.
