The area is extremely noisy at night, full of night clubs with loud music. The hotel, rather than be straight forward about it before one reserves, provides you with a device which creates bland noises to cover the street noise. The problem is that it does not and it is impossible to fall asleep in the rooms which are above the street.

I found the hotel in very good conditions, the rooms were very comfortable, large and spacious. Bathroom cleanness was remarkable, this was a big highlight, beds were in very good conditions and comfortable, while the pillows can improve a little bit to be honest, but in general OK.

This hotel is great! The rooms are perfect, the service is really good and the area is great! the breaksfast sizes are a little small so if you are someone who eats a lot it is not for you, but in my opinion the breakfast was really good.

We loved this hotel it was walkable to many locations there were many things around us like bars, restaurants, markets, and many tourist sites like the angle of dependence that only took us 6 minutes to walk to. We felt safe the entire time. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. The only downsides are if you are a light sleeper this might not be the hotel for you, because you can hear the nightlife going on at night since there are bars all around you. The other thing is that compared to the rest of the city this area seemed a little bit more dirty but that’s not a big issue. Other than that I 100% recommend this hotel and location and I would definitely stay here again.

We didnt drive we went in an Uber from the airport. Heading to the airport about 15/20 minutes at a red light we were robbed at Gunpoint. We told the guy at the hotel and he did not even care. Hotel was clean. We had breakfast twice, they were short staff and we kept having to remind staff that they forget stuff we ordered. I was literally getting ready to walk away because I felt like we were being ignored.

We had a balcony room and so glad we upgraded, the weather was perfect for it. We loved how spacious the room was and it had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. The stay were all extremely helpful and kind whenever we interacted with them. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Mexico City hotel. I will say there is a club directly across the street so if you are a light sleeper this may be an issue but wasn't for us.

A very nice hotel in the heart of Zona Rosa nightlife! We were close to many dinning options and the train station which was easy to use and got us to other parts of the city. The staff at the hotel was amazing and so welcoming and friendly! The breakfast was delicious and I felt like the perfect portions. We would definitely stay here again!

Super convenient location to stay if you’re going to be exploring the city by foot. Not the most quiet area since it’s across from bars and clubs, but still quite safe and clean. The hotel has a security guard on standby at all times. Small gym but enough equipment to keep you going. Free breakfast at their partner is convenient, although it doesn’t open until 7:30 am, which is somewhat late if you’re looking to start your day extra early.

I came to this hotel for my birthday (part solo trip and part with my partner). The hotel made my birthday special and they were very helpful with directions & advice for Mexico City. There was a gym, bar, free breakfast, and a kitchenette in the hotel room, which were some of the reasons we selected this hotel. We travel a lot for work and didn't want to stay in a large commercialized hotel (like Marriott). The location was perfect and we walked to Roma Norte a lot.
