Hotel is in a great location and the staff are wonderful. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very limited, not very fresh and the coffee was lukewarm. The road in front of the hotel is under construction so cars can’t access it for pickup or drop off and the sidewalk was torn up and blocked off half the time.

El personal es amable, en especial Aldair. Las habitaciones son modernas y amplias. El único inconveniente son las escaleras que debes subir y bajar para acceder al nivel de los elevadores, y el segundo la calle que construcción frente al hotel, aunque este es ajeno al mismo. Desayuno básico incluido para empezar el día. En líneas generales todo bien.

Great and spacious room! We booked the room with the balcony and city view and it was amazing! Lots a room to spread out, and kitchenette was perfect to cook some small meals if you didn’t want to go out. Location is superb! Close to the action of Zona Rosa, with that said be aware that it can be loud late at night. This was no issue for us however, they do provide ear plugs. The amenities were great, they have a fitness area and steam room. Staff was incredibly helpful and suggested great places to eat and activities to do in CDMX. Highly recommend, will stay again!

We spent 8 nights in Amberes 64 and it was a wonderful stay. Estefania Reyes in the restaurant was extremely helpful. The food was delicious, it was not continental breakfast, but a scrumptious hot Mexican meal. I really enjoyed the shower; the water was abundant. You get 2 small water bottles each day for your use. The hotel is very clean and across the street from a fun gay bar.

My room was very large, clean and comfortable with an excellent bed and bedding. Housekeeping was slightly inconsistent and the design of the required climbing some stairs (the bellman was available to assist). It’s very well located near Roma Norte which was my favourite area. Breakfast is included and it was OK, not delicious but not bad. Their coffee is acidic and bitter. They have a great gym for a hotel and a steam room which was a nice bonus. The staff were helpful and friendly enough. I would very likely stay here again. During my stay (December 2025) the street was being repaired so the sidewalks were torn up but sidewalks in CDMX are a bit of a nightmare anyway. Get a room in the back of the hotel. My suite was very quiet but a balcony room would be very noisy as there are nightclubs across the street.

Clean room, good to have a gym, and breakfast included. This is a perfectly nice hotel. Could have been improved by quicke service at breakfast - the servers were always run off their feet. Also, not at all the hotel’s fault, but the road outside was being dug up which was noisy and super dusty.
