The ac was not working properly, I paid for a colonial king which is supposed to be better than a standard room but apparently you get what you get and that’s their last decision, ok my previous stay I also parís for a colonial king and it had a new mini split unit and a much bigger tv which I was able to use to see movies with my 1 year old and watch videos and Netflix, this time I had to use my own laptop because the tv in my room only worked with cable channels which they were only about 15 of them and 3 of them being cartoons the test of them were sports or music

Too many rules, the staff is checking with guests every 5 minutes with different excuses. Also the rooms have different inconveniences. Showers don’t work, the air conditioning is old and not working at all and the rooms have dirty sheets.

Awesome visit

It was an amazing stay, however my room 211 was not sound proof, I was able to listen to the top room and train and every car that crossed the street. Food options would be great aside from the breakfast but it’s a beautiful place to stay.
