Staff not polite, specially front desk. Not good customer service at all! (cleaning crew nice). The room wasn’t very clean, there was a hand soap in the shower, that was never removed from prior guests. Shower curtain had mold. Not towels available, and short room supplies.

Very clean room, cleaning lady Yasiel Carolina was very nice, helpful at assisting us with shampoo & towels. The front desk staff was nice as well. The hotel has all the amenities to have a comfortable stay.
