New high-quality holiday apartment located in the former farm-inn named "Müller". <br>The apartment, located in the beautiful Saarland, is surrounded by premium certified hiking trails and long distances.<br>This new 36 m² apartment was completed in November 2022 and is on the top floor, accessed via a wide steel spiral staircase from its balcony.<br>The balcony offers a wonderful view of the Saar Loop to the "Hochwald".<br>Underfloor heating for the cold season and concrete core cooling in summer ensure that guests enjoy absolute comfort in all seasons. With its photovoltaic system and geothermal energy for heating and air conditioning, this apartment is qualified as sustainable and emission-free. <br>A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. <br>For electric vehicles, a charging station powered by the photovoltaic system is available. <br>Bicycles and e-bikes can be parked and charged in a separate room in which there is also a dog shower with hot water and dry towels. <br>The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are of course included in the apartment. <br>A blanket and a dog bowl are of course part of the apartment. For outdoor use, outdoor furniture, sun loungers and chairs with cushions, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue are available. <br>Next to our holiday home "Müller", there is a 750 m² spa (included in the complex), which has everything you need to make your stay in the "Saarschleifenland" unforgettable and unique. Starting with the 11x11m wellness barn, which houses a saltwater pool 8mx3.75mx1.55m deep, heated all year round to 28°C. There is also a 2.3mx2.7m Finnish sauna that can accommodate up to 10 people. In addition, there is an effusion and jet shower as well as a beautiful relaxation room for very cold days. <br>Outside the wellness barn is a south-facing covered hot tub with air and massage nozzles. Up to 8 people can enjoy it. The whole is surrounded by a large "Lounge" type garden conducive to rest and relaxation.<br>
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stovetop. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.

Der Check Inn war komplikationslos. Durch Zufall war der freundliche Vermieter zugegen, der uns auch gleich ein paar Ausflugstipps vorschlug.Wir bezogen ein tolles und modern eingerichtetes Studio, in dem an alles gedacht war. Obwohl alle Ferienwohnungen vermietet waren, war es sehr entspannt ruhig. Wir hatten täglich die Gelegenheit zum Schwimmen und ein Mal beheizten und genossen wir die Sauna.

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung

Wir haben das Appartement sehr genossen, genauso das Schwimmbad und die Sauna. alles perfekt und auch im Detail liebevoll eingerichtet und vorbereitet. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch, zuvorkommend und freundlich.Gerne immer wieder.
