Our 40 square meter apartment, which makes a vacation in 3 countries possible (Germany, Luxembourg, France), is located in a quiet location on the Moselle promenade of Perl-Besch. The living room offers a green view of the garden and the Moselle (side view).



The apartment has a separate bedroom with TV and a sofa bed in the living room, also equipped with TV. An open, fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room. The interior bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and washing machine. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is one of four apartments in our house. Parking is available at the accommodation.



The surrounding area offers a variety of activities in 3 countries (Luxembourg, France, Moselle cycle path to Koblenz and France, stand-up paddling, panoramic hiking trails, Saarschleife in Orscholz, Trier, Roman excavations and much more).
