Staff was friendly, breakfast was very convenient and had a bigger selection than most continental breakfasts. Room could have been cleaned better food crumbs all over the under the table. The shower had hair in it. The coffee condiments were open. We found a screw on the floor that my son kicked with his bare foot. Thankfully he didn’t step on it. We arrived thinking we would have a heated pool for the kids to play in just find out it was closed. It would have been nice if an email was sent or a disclosure on the site when we booked that it would not be available for our stay. Next time we will book at The Eureka. Cheaper and more Reliable with the amenities.

The room could have been a little cleaner; there were random things on the floor like a penny and a piece of old chicken. Made me wonder how much they had cleaned. The bed was comfortable! The bathroom was fine, typical. The breakfast was good and the staff were amazing! We were on the third floor and even though the people above us weren't being particularly loud, the floor creaked like crazy and woke us up every morning. If we came back, we'd request the 4th floor.

Our room was dirty. It looks like the shower hadn’t been cleaned, popcorn on the floor from prior guests and though we booking a double room we got a kind with a pull out couch. It had the smallest blanket and no pillows.

Left a day early because the people in the room above us were practicing for the WWE and sprints in the Olympics. I complained 4 times before finding another hotel. The elevator takes forever and the breakfast was frequently empty due to the amount of people there. One person trying to refill everything was a mess.
